Come learn brush marker lettering in this fun introductory class! You will learn the ins and outs of lettering using a Fudenosuke Hard Tip brush pen and Tombow dual tip brush markers. You will learn HOW to make letters--not just copy them. You'll go home confident in your practicing!
 
We will learn the differences in pressure on upstrokes and downstrokes, gain confidence in our letter forms, learn how to connect our letters into words, and some fun techniques using the Tombow markers. We will make a small lettering project during class and will have some time to use what we learned and explore different shading techniques at the end of class.

At checkout you may add a Rhodia pad of paper (what I recommend for practicing on after class.) This is an optional add-on. All supplies will be given to you in class and your markers and workbook are yours to keep. This pad of paper is a great one to have at home, but it is optional and not required for the class!
